M/s K.K.K. Hydro Power Ltd. is a Public Limited Company having its Registered Office Cum Works at Baragran Road, Tehsil Manali, District Kullu, in the state of Himachal Pradesh. Hydro-electricity is the cheapest source of power and the Himalayan belt is full of water source in the form of ice-berg and glaciers. As such a number of mini and mega Hydel Power Projects have been and are in the process of being set up in the Shivalik range i.e. in the state of Uttranchal and Himachal Pradesh. In terms of financial resources HPSEB with whom the company has entered into PPA is one of the best SEBs in the country. Therefore, the company has entered into the sector to reap in the underlying advantages in the sector in the state of Himachal Pradesh. We have started the preliminary work for survey & investigation. We hope to prepare the DPR soon and submit for approval from the concerned Nodal agencies, which will enable us to proceed further in the matter.
